A passionate environmentalist, he has developed one of the greenest industrial campuses with over one lakh live trees and actively engages school children in environmental awareness, road safety, and discipline.
He pioneered the innovative “T20 System” to reduce waste and consumption while improving safety and housekeeping. Under his leadership, the plant has won four Golden Peacock Environment Awards, multiple national and international awards for environment and energy conservation, Safety Awards from the Government of India and NSCI, as well as Boiler Operation and Water Conservation Awards from the Government of Maharashtra and GOI.
The unit also achieved 97% Higg Index and 97% ZDHC compliance, and the Kantoor IndiGood Gold Badge for fresh water use below 10%.
